Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your authentication details secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not sell access to your SocialsPazar account, evade account restrictions, create accounts for deceptive purposes, or use another person’s identifiers or payment method without authorization.

Wallet funding may be processed through Bachs. A wallet credit or purchase is complete only after the relevant payment and order status is confirmed by our systems. Provider delays, stock changes, validation failures, or payment reconciliation can affect fulfillment.

Review the product, platform, region, target, and amount before confirming an order. Digital products may expose time-sensitive messages or credentials after delivery. You are responsible for securing delivered credentials and checking that your requested use is lawful and permitted by the relevant third-party platform.

If a payment or order appears incorrect, contact support@socialspazar.com with the transaction or order reference. Any remedy depends on the order status, provider result, these terms, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may not use SocialsPazar, its wallet, or any purchased product to facilitate or attempt:

• Fraud, scams, payment abuse, spam, phishing, or deceptive commercial activity.
• Impersonation, identity abuse, unauthorized access, account takeover, or evasion of another service’s safeguards.
• Artificial platform manipulation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or engagement activity that violates a target platform’s rules.
• Credential theft, credential sharing or resale without authority, automated credential testing, or misuse of delivered account or proxy credentials.
• Unlawful interception, acquisition, or use of OTPs, SMS messages, rented numbers, or proxies.
• Any illegal, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.

SocialsPazar relies on payment, email, infrastructure, and marketplace providers. Products may also be used with third-party social platforms and websites. Those parties have their own terms, policies, availability, and enforcement decisions.

SocialsPazar does not control or grant permission to violate third-party terms. Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of a platform, target account, phone service, IP network, or another person’s rights.

We work to keep the marketplace reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent inventory, a particular provider result, or compatibility with every third-party platform. We may investigate activity, hold or cancel risky transactions, restrict features, suspend access, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described on the Account Deletion page. Obligations and records that by their nature need to survive account closure, including payment, fraud, dispute, and enforcement records, may continue to apply or be retained.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended purchase and use comply with applicable law and third-party rules. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and SocialsPazar is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party outages, provider actions, platform enforcement, or misuse of delivered products. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
