Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not commit or facilitate fraud, scams, chargeback abuse, payment laundering, phishing, or theft.
• Do not send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, deceptive promotions, or content designed to mislead recipients.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization, create deceptive identities, misrepresent affiliation, or use identifiers you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use products to evade sanctions, restrictions, verification controls, or enforcement imposed by SocialsPazar or another service.

• Do not gain or attempt unauthorized access to an account, device, network, API, website, or data.
• Do not steal, harvest, test, stuff, trade, or disclose credentials without authority.
• Do not use delivered social-account or proxy credentials to compromise others, conceal harmful conduct, scan for weaknesses, distribute malware, or bypass access controls.
• Do not interfere with SocialsPazar, its providers, or other users through scraping that creates harm, denial-of-service activity, malicious automation, or security testing without written permission.

Phone-number rentals, SMS messages, OTPs, and proxies may only be used where you have a lawful purpose and authorization. You may not intercept another person’s communications, take over an account, defeat identity or security checks unlawfully, or conceal criminal, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

Receiving a code or obtaining an IP address through the marketplace does not itself establish that your use is authorized by the service you are accessing.

• Do not submit a target URL you do not have authority to promote or interact with.
• Do not use SocialsPazar for coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake reviews, election interference, harassment, artificial trends, or other deceptive platform manipulation.
• Do not order engagement or account activity that violates applicable law, infringes rights, or breaches the target platform’s rules.
• Do not target content involving exploitation, threats, hateful abuse, non-consensual intimate material, or illegal goods and services.

We may review suspicious activity and restrict orders, credentials, wallet activity, or account access when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a violation. Depending on the circumstances, we may cancel an order, preserve relevant records, suspend or close an account, notify an affected provider, or respond to valid legal process.

To report suspected misuse, email support@socialspazar.com with relevant order or transaction references. Do not include passwords, live OTPs, or unnecessary personal data.
