Delete your account.

We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion. We may also need to resolve an active payment, dispute, security investigation, or order issue before completing parts of the request.

Once processed, access to the deleted account and its in-app history may no longer be available. Keep any order details you legitimately need before requesting deletion, without retaining data you are not authorized to hold.

We delete or de-identify account identifiers, authentication and session data, communications, and marketplace information that is no longer reasonably needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion applies to information controlled by SocialsPazar. Bachs, email providers, marketplace providers, or other third parties may retain information under their own obligations and retention policies.

Deletion does not always mean every record can be removed immediately. We may retain limited wallet, payment, purchase, fulfillment, audit, fraud, security, and support records where reasonably necessary for:

• Financial reporting and payment or wallet reconciliation.
• Disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and abuse investigations.
• Enforcing rights, responding to valid legal process, or meeting legal obligations.
• Maintaining suppression records so a closed or restricted account is not improperly restored.

Information in backups may remain until those backups are replaced through normal retention cycles. Retained information is not kept for unrelated new uses.
